a) Axis Bank App loses its connection way too much (3G/ 4G internet) – Airtel/ BSNL/ JIO/ Vodafone.

c) Mobile number is not registered – So how to login with user ID and password?

e) Date of Birth (DOB) update section doesn’t allow you to change the month and date.
Solution: There may be internet speed slow, the list of months are shown drop down, you can select it. If problem still exist, email to the customer.service@axisbank.com.

f) After update App is slow.
Solution: Every new update, the developers of Axis Bank Mobile App link some extra features (security, accounts details, FD, RD). You must check internet speed. If your internet speed is good (Wifi/ data) then you can contact to the Customer Care on 1800 tollfree number.

g) Jio is not included in the Service list
Solution: Yes, there is change that some compaines Recharge (Jio) is not listed. In coming update Jio 4G recharges can be done on Axis Bank Mobile App.

h) I have ordered axis active band from my app and still not delivered worst service by axis bank.
Solution: Just call the customer care with your ORDER ID.

i) Not able to track my RD investment in investment column.
Solution: Update the Axis Bank App.

j) Mobile Number( 9 digit/ 11 digit) problem for Saudi counties.
Answer: If you have registered mobile number of Saudi countries then App doesn’t accept 9 digit mobile number. Please contact to the customer care. In new update this feature shall be added or email at customer.service@axisbank.com and www.axisbank.com/support.
